I am interested in a "Rust Free" Donor for all my Mods I currently have on my LX Sedan... Driving to Kentucky on the other hand, that might take me some time... Any idea what the import laws are like when Purchasing from Kentucky?

All of the laws would be on the "purchasers" side. I have no idea about State laws, in that sense.
