**Question 1** I'm relatively new to the Mazda Family. (I got my P5 on 4/02/02) I saw on a site that Injen has a CAI for the MP5. My car in Blue Mica. I want to stick with the same color scheme. The site said there were Red, Polished, and Blue. Everywhere I look though they only have polished. Is there really a blue one or am I destined to have the polished?

**Question 2** I wan to go with the blue replacement bulbs for the low beam headlights. I also want to replace the bulbs in the fog lights but I get conflicting stories. One shop told me I can replace the bulbs and another told me I need and entirely new light with the blue bulbs built in. If I can change the bulb what size do I go with? I can't find any 411 in the owner's manual. Does anyone have any info on this?

-Thanks all

OurP5...

as far as i know the injen CAI only comes in polished for the P5...i looked on the website and they only had polished for our car...so that's that i guess for now

for the second question you can replace the bulbs for your fogs by yourself...it's just a matter of getting under there and unscrewing the unit...

our lowbeam headlights are H7s
highs are 9005
and fogs are h3s

hope this helps

another thing about the Injen CAI....which I have....all the soft parts are RED!....if anything...I wish that they made the soft parts in different colors.....course if my car was red you wouldn't hear me bitchin..lol...but its YELLOW!!!! as far as it being polished? I LOVE that part....it really sets off the engine compartment.
Take a look!

sir nuke...when you ordered your intake was it ordered as red?? cuz if that's the polished then i'm curious to see what the red would look like...at least nobody sees your engine compartment...most of the time...lol

Thanks Sirnuke. I agree the Polished does really brighten up the engine bay. Is there any plans that you know of by Inhjen to perhaps change the soft part colors?

to MY knowledge all the injen CAI's come with red soft parts....and I have only see them in Polished Aluminum. NO I didn't order it with Red soft parts.....and when I ordered mine there were no color options. as far as if Injen plans on making different colored softparts for the kits...I have no idea...but I bet you could drop Injen a line and they can tell ya.

and as far as mine being red...well hell...it matches my tower brace....which for SOME unknown reason Mazda put RED ones in the P-5s....and YELLOW ones in the MP3's!! grrrrrrrr

:{D

BRIAN...NO the brake reservior is NOT moved....the coolant overflow tank is....but you reuse the stock bracket. its covered in the intstructions.

Hey ILMP5 when are you going to get some pictures of your coil overs. How was the install, give me some details

I got an answer

Thanks for the advise SirNuke. I sent an e-mail of to Injen and belowis there response, just in case anyone els may have been thinking of going with the red or blue CAI for the MP5.

We offer red and blue in limited quantities which means by special order only for now. You can order them from our dealers but there may be a backorder and a wait of two weeks.

2 weeks should give me just about enough time to pass the engine break-in period. :D
