Recently started hearing a ticking sound from my engine (2007 2.3L). I checked the oil to find it quite low and was surprised since I have never had oil burning issues. The engine is at 195000km. Ticking is worse at cruising speed (2500 - 3000RPM) and almost disappears when accelerating or decelerating. Once the engine really warms up, the ticking gets worse.
I have made a video.

In the video, the ticking only happens when there is no heavy load on the engine (Like feathering the gas)
I have read up on so many possible causes
Rod Bearing
Intake manifold
timing chain.
Does anyone have a clue?
