Just obtained a 1990 mazda miata 1.6L
I'll admit it, my expertise is with newer model Mitsubishi's NOT older model mazda's (not including rotary's)
I've already found a few area's of concern with this model car.
1 crankshaft (i checked it out, no scarring ect.... seems fine)
2 rear end (again it seems fine)
im looking to upgrade this vehicle here's what i mainly want to do
Full suspension upgrades
Moderate tranny/drivetrain build
Moderate Engine build up
Im looking to tubocharge it but not really run over 4psi since this car is so small it shouldnt really need alot of boost.
I know 4psi isnt alot but i will help build base hp with supporting mods.
such as full exhaust, new manifold, intake, head, ignition, hi-flow cat, ect ect ect.........
my question is that if im running very low boost do i need to buy the FM kit or can i just go with the Greddy kit and fab a BOV into it as well.
Also is there going to be any problems with the BOV set up any recommendations.......
