Not active on r3v or here. I've owned 4 E30s in the last 20 years--'88 M3, '88 iX, '89 iX, and the current '91 318is. All great cars and all but the '89 iX I've bought with under 50K miles on them--I was lucky enough to find the 318is a couple years ago with 43K one owner miles in Boise, ID. I've also owned a '71 2002 and '74 2002tii as well as a '74 Alfa GTV and my current '73 Alfa Giulia Super. I was the orignal owner of a 2003 MSP (actually sold my M3 to buy that, not the smartest move financially, but it worked out because the MSP became the Giulia Super in 2007 before I was priced out of the market since now a Giulia Super is worth about 4x the value of an MSP). Getting out of college in the late 80's the 323 GTX has always been on my "bucket list" of cars to own--wish I knew then what I do now and that I'd bought a GTX new. My 325iX ownership should indicate that tossable AWD cars are some of my favorites. So I inquired on this one late last month and never heard back from the seller even though he's in my general part of the country. My actual purpose for being here is that I'm contemplating selling my 318is to get back into a really nice MSP--just an amazing handling car that compares favorably even to the E30 M3 if the FWD doesn't bother you. My #1 choice of color is actually the spicy orange like yours and I see there is a guy now in TN trying to sell a lower mileage example here. But, he seems very reluctant to consider a long distance sale, which seems odd to be advertising on this forum.
