thanks for the encouragement guys. Hopefully after the first of the year and after I get rid of the four door 510 in my garage. I will get more work done on this car.

yes....an Rx-3 is a mazda & is a rotary. The 510 is a datsun.

the Datsun 510 was sold between 1968 - and 198?, but the goo years are the PL510s which were built between 1968-1973.

I'm in belton MO. don't really need any stock body parts though. Looking at going f/g to get the weight down more. thanks for the offer though.

man awesome project.. i was thinking of getting one for my next venture after the "nightmare" is finished (see my other car pics thread for info). I know where one is with fiberglass body parts.. orange but man.. i really don't wanna deal with another project "nightmare" and anything pre-1980 in Canada sometimes neeeds more metal then a whole new car lol.

Ya I can understand about Canada and the rust. There are a lot of guys on the Dime boards that have a s*** ton of rust. Hopefully I'll have some updates at the end of the year. I need to work on the brakes and struts and get them ready for the car in the spring time.

as for the color not sure yet. Kinda leaning towards a modified bre paint job, with dark grey on the bottom and black on the top with black konig rewinds.

lol. you mean bob and zac can drive it out since by the time I'm done with it we will be to old to drive it. lol... got my rear cross member bushings last night and my friend and I are about to redo the rear cross member for easier camber/toe adjustment.
