18x8.5 fitment questions

So I have tried to do my homework and making sure the wheels I have found will fit, and I am still unsure. I found a set of 18x8.5 et 48 with some 235/40's. I know that I am going to have to roll the rears, will I need to pull them? Also I have heard that +46 clears the front stock struts, but will the +48 clear with the 235 rubber?

I have 18x8.5 but in +45. I don't have any issues.

I'm thinking of going the same route, and from what I've seen and read, it depends on the rubber as they vary in width and shape from brand to brand. But with 235 and that offset you'll have to roll but not pull the rears, and they clear the fronts.
