Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. In any school in the worls that could just be any junior and any sophmore. As far as sex being wrong at that age...hardly. There are countries where marrage is extreamly common between people younger then that.

what a shame. i have to wonder if the fact that drinking and drugs were involved swayed the jury. also seeing the tape over and over probably made them upset....even tho it didn't show any real guilt. but this should be a lesson to other kids. don't put yourself in a situation that could go wrong. i would imagine that if it were just the 2 of them and no taping involved that he would not have gone to prison. but with the reputation of the other kids involved, the drugs, the drinking and tape........who knows. i feel bad for the dude.

After reading that the dumb assess got what they deserve. Hell the parents should have gone to jail too. How were a bunch of kids able to rent rooms anyways? Where did the alcohol and drugs come from? And the dumb assess taped it? WOW, no wonder our country is ****** up. I think our people are getting dumber by the day.

And as far as the 367 day comment goes. Yea thats a messed up law, but common shes 15. Do you really think a 15 yr old is old enough to know what they are doing? I guess if she was she wouldnt have thought she was *****! The kid got what he deserved in my opinion.

The 15 year old wasn't the one who thought she got *****. The person who started this was a different girl alltogether, which may or may not have done anything with the poor guy in jail right now. The link to the article above explains everything clearly. I feel bad for the guy, his life is definitely ruined. Heck, all the other guys caught on tape are screwed too, they're all labeled as sex offenders.

yes thats something that ruins your entire life and do i think that they deserve this? not sure... some ways yes but not as harsh as this punishment. Like mentioned this law was to persecute sex offenders and not to police sex. That s*** that they were doing at ages 14-17 is crazy and even more so for people that age! they def deserved to be punished but placed in jail and have the title of a registered sex offender is a little extreme. Sounds as though the jury were a bunch of clueless people cuz they didn't know they sentenced him to 10 yrs in prison until after the verdict was pronounced.


ohh btw you all can thank me for opening up more light on this subject. The above evidence totally changes light on the subject from the first article originally posted.
