wth does being black, latino or any other race have to do with it?

Racism man, I been on the states long to see it with my own eyes! I also have a friend that was knocked out of a restaurant in Alabama just because shes latina.

I may be moving next year to the US, and surely to find a state without racism is a very difficult task, probably I will end up close to legal and illegal inmigrants states like Texas or Florida or close to my dad in Maryland.

My wife was just tell me when she was 15, SHE wanted to have sex but guess what, her boyfriend who was older and obvously knew better said NO cause it's against the law. period.

No, its the same case. Hes already in jail, been there for 2 years and he tried to appeal the sentence and was denied:

"Mr. Wilson, who is black, is trapped in a legal vise intended to ensure severe penalties for child molesters and other sex offenders, navigating a maze of legal technicalities that for him seems to hold nothing but dead ends. Some critics of the sentence also say Mr. Wilson is caught in a system that metes out disproportionately harsh sentences to black defendants."

You're missing the point...it's not a matter of him being black or not, once the case went to trial, the judge was required to sentence him because of the stupid law.

The funny thing is that statistcly, there was very possibly a real child molester at his sentancing.

Although I hear where you are coming from igdrasil, unless there was also a white 17 year old that did not get the same sentance then its not really racist especialy if its in a case like this with automatic sentancing laws that a judge has zero flexability with.

I like he NH law, its a 3 year rule, be within 3 years of age...and game on. Although one state rep tried to make it a 5 year law so his 18 year old son could bang a 13 year old.

For another topic, the idea of auto sentacncing is insane, its basicly saying that a judge can not be trusted. If thats the case, the judge needs to be removed. Another BS solution in in the American legal system to aviod addressing the real problem

No, the 15yo did not accused him, she concensually did oral sex to him and the other boys in the party.

Right but I thought the "auto" sentacning was from the stagitory **** of the 15 year old? In which case teh 15 year old can not press charges or not press charges, the DA has to press them no matter what.
