12.9@106!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 psi is wayy to much on this turbo. over 18 psi you lose power due to the excessive heat. unless you have meth injection.

Well I think he's going to try it anyway...depending on the air he gets at the track if its cool enough spiking any turbo to or at max will make power. I wouldn't want to drive it everyday that way to work but on a cool day it is beneficial.

great numbers, and you're on higher elevation! meaning it's possible to do slightly better.

the weather here in FL is starting to get cool and crisp, perrrrrfect for 1/4 tracks. someone down here needs to bang out some times.

and i said it all along, the neon srt-4 cars had less power from factory and with minor mods are able to run consistently in the mid 12s with a good driver on drag radials. these MS3 cars aren't much different, and as with all newer cars, it will take a little bit of time for people to get the right combo and start making some nasty passes.

i'm thinking turn the boost up + meth, you should be good. my goal is just to do between 12.6 and 12.8 when all is said and done. that is plenty for my needs.

and i bet its sick nasty from a roll.

nice runs man!! i posted a link on the cali forum ....excellent driving! the 1.8 60 ft feels awsome doesn't it!!!!???!?!?!? I ran 1 run with a 1.8 60 in my eclipse and it felt like it was going to push my head through the back of the seat...Did you get any vids of it by chance?

try a 1.39 60ft ..that feels damn good

Congrats, nice runs especially for so few mods, and to be one of the first to bolt up some slicks!
Launch at 3,500 next week for deep 12's? :D

dude it was blowing the tires off as it was. the car is just geared so short and the turbo comes on so hard.

Dude, those are some awesome times for the Speed3. I am really impressed. Might have to see about getting one when I get back to the states. Keep up the great work. Great to see how your car takes to different mods. (thumb)

Great time and way to plow the way with the slicks. I was looking for 16's but hopefully you dont mind some of us stealing your idea!

Did the spacer change the lug setup that mates to the rim? Also whered you find H&R spacers that large!

they dont make a 16in slick. thats why i did this. the spacers were ordered straight from h@r. i just told them what I wanted. More power to ya copying my setup. You will be hard pressed to find anything else that works.

Damn good numbers. hell it took forever to get my SVO in the 12' s (needs a driver mod)

once i got slicks it changed the way i drove the car. now i cut 1.6x's 60 ft's, pulled the drivers front tire once, about 8", and still haven't power shifted the car yet. (tranny needs work its tired)

Keep up the good work.

Oh and launching at 2500rpm is VERY impressive, my SVO is launched at 6k on the 2 step with 13psi sitting still. last runs in it were 12.25 @111mph(1/8th was a 7.79@89). since then i have gone faster in the 1/8th 7.72 @92mph

Wonder how much the axles can handle????

THANKS I appreciate all the support. Ill be sure to keep everyone posted on my progress. Im running again this saturday and my goal is 12.7 with that trap. If I can get my 60ft. down to 1.75 Ill do it no problem. I plan on doing it everytime full interior and all. Hopefully my springs are here by friday, I think that might help a bit.

ps. I put the stock box back on until my cobb intake shows up. i think the spectra tube is a touch to big. Keeps throwing a light.

When you are launching the car does alot of weight transfer to the rear wheels?
