I rolled 10 grand on the odometer this morning on the way in.

My stock tires still look great! I am surprised. I love driving this car. Much more so than my GTI it replaced. I wash it 2-3 times a week and am OCD over keeping it vacuumed and smelling fresh.

Also, I accidentally passed my wife in an accelerated fashion on the highway last night. I think there may have been a 30-35mph differential in speed. I got a finger waggin when she got home. She can't say much. I busted her doing 100 when I cycled through my GPS trip meter after she borrowed my car. It shows max speed and I had just cleared it.

and yeah 2-3 times a week is a bit much... and since its summer shouldn't you be riding your bike anyways??? wtf?

I should be, but sometimes a laptop, test machine, and cabling is hard to keep from sliding off my gas tank.

I just moved office at work so I can start taking the subway again! Just over a mile from my appt to the station so I'll be putting only around 10 miles on a week if I'm not doing any extra driving Saves me around $40 a week in gas!!!!! Top it off with free Marta passes from work (yippy)

Jbiiird, my commute is about 35 miles one way. Not bad as it's all open highway and country roads. I just like driving it.

i wash my car at least once a week, more if i have to drive it in the rain. i'm not really looking forward to winter driving in it... probably the only time i will regret not getting the subaru lol.
