10,000 miles after getting broken mount fixed

they didnt have anything at the mazda so I had to use enterprise THEY GAVE ME A FKIN CHEVY AVEO..........I was ready to cry that thing is butt ugly, and no cd player, no power locks it blows.

Tomorrow Im gonna go pick up something else either a 6 or a cx7. :)

u can do that?! last time i had to leave my car overnight at the dealership they sent me to enterprise and i was stuck with a kia RIO...

:( wasnt power windows or power side view mirrors and ugly

Well Im really cool with the dealership, I called them and I told em that enterprise gave a piece of junk with no cd player and I've got a fully loaded 3.

I picked up the 6 today, service manager told me they are probably going to replace all the mounts and whatever needs to be replaced.

Car is BONE STOCK. Dealership that i go to has a tech that won the mazda competition. They have some of the best techs, I used a diffrent mazda dealer before and they sucked salty ballz.

It happens maybe 2-5 times everytime I drive the car somewhere, it happens when the the wheel is turned going forward and backwards. I not only hear it but I can feel the car kinda shake its really hard to explain. Im really tired of this crap, i gotta take time off work to sit at the dealership, drive the car with the tech, it's a pain in the ass.

Im really trying to be nice to the dealership and I treat'em with respect, but this blows and Im loosing my patience.

autobarn countryside eh? i go there too.

They gonna wait on you hand and foot so they don't have to give you a new car. By law you should have already been given a new car! All you have to do is come up with the paper-work and state laws and present that to Mazda USA.

Mazda is gonna do whatever it takes to keep you in that car. If you get a brand new car, they are left with your pos, which now has lemon law on the title and it will be MUCH harder to sell because nobody wants a lemon that has been supposedly fixed.

Odds are that they will replace just about damn near everything so you cannot request a new car after this.

Lemon law on the title? WHAT THE F*CK?

Im not understanding what you just said......

Is My Vehicle a Lemon?
In order to be covered by the Illinois Lemon Law, a vehicle must:

have a nonconformity that both substantially impairs the use , market value or safety of the vehicle and is not repairable by the dealer or manufacturer in at least four attempts for the same repair, or

be out of service for a total of 30 or more business days.

The Lemon Law DOES Cover: New Cars (purchased or leased)
Light Trucks and vans under 8,000 pounds
Recreational vehicles (excluding trailers)
Vehicles in their first 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first
Vehicles purchased in Illinois

I just passed 12,000 miles so dont tell me they are just doing anything to keep me in the car.

Also are you saying that everyone that dropped the engine got a new car from mazda? Um no....

It's all caused by the mount, and from what I know my car wasnt in the shop for over 30 bussiness days, so the law does not apply.

If you had your car out of service for 30 days or non-repairable after 4 attempts and you made a claim with mazda, and accepted the new car, the old car would have lemon law attached with it.

your car does not have lemon law anywhere on it.

If your car dropped a motor, it cannot be lemon law'ed unless it happened 4 times or if it was out of service for more than 30 days.

And all laws differ by state. . . .
Hopefully Mazda fixes everything for you, but I was just saying that you had protection given by law.

Trust me man I looked at all my options, honestly I would be happy to get my money back minus the mileage or a new car, but the law doesnt apply to my car.

But if the car doesnt get fixed I can always sue the dealership since the recall wasnt done. Or I will call the mazda rep and speak with him directly.

your best bet is to go through mazda usa. They are gonna try to brush you off, but stay focused and be a well informed consumer. They cannot deny you your rights if you know the laws. When you took your car back for the fourth time was your car under 12,000 miles?
