yeah they wont let me work many sundays cause i make $15.45/hr..but he boss is on vacation so i got called in yesterday and today to work i need the hours so woot woot for me

well, i used to work only saturdays at my dad's store (7am to 11pm). that would usually be my spending money for the car. but last saturday i stayed working late (till 2am) and caught another employee stealing, so she was fired, and i had to take her sunday morning hours. atleast until someone else is hired. that's cool though, cause my boss at UIC is cool as hell and he'll let me cut my hours dramatically during the week and still punch my time card so i get paid the full hours.
neways, the system is fully running but i might have to get some more powerful subs. i got my amp turned up only a quarter of the way, and the subs feel like they're gonna pop. oh well (dunno) !
matt, where u think i can go to get a custom setup made in the trunk. i've got a ton of ideas of how i want the system to look, but don't have the tools or know how to get it done. a friend suggested majestic ( i think that's the name) on 83rd and pulaski. but like you said, a CF setup would rock. then that would give me a reason to go crazy with CF all over the car. only time will tell how things will turn out, but i'm having a blast with what i've done so far (smoke). thanks for all the help to everyone in this forum, it's basically my only source of info. and ricardo, i didn't forget about you (friday)

hey man no problem. i know you didnt really call me out, but anyways thats what the forums are for. getting ideas to make your car fit you as good as possible. if you can make a car stand out amongst all of us other protege junkies, then it will definalty stand out on the streets and at shows

in all honesty i'm not looking for any thing special. i just don't like how the rear battery is strapped down with a cable, and the amp and cap are screwed to the rear of the subs. it all sticks out and looks ghetto. even a simple setup would work for me, like a wall for the amp and cap and to hide the battery. but i'm not good at carpentry and wouldn't even know where to begin.

aric is good with that..id go to him first ..then mabey tweeter they do custom sets up..but might be expensive
