I just got back from Midnight Madness at no problem raceway. First run of the night was a 17.539 and got it down to a consistent 17.0 with a best time of 16.94. My best R/T was a .281 with a consistent .300 R/T.

Any got some scores to post, it'd be nice to see what everyone runs.

all i have is a cai and i managed a 16.3 - with an atx

Yep, we made 10 passes. Anyone who claims higher numbers than that is talking out their ass.

Also, I don't have the header installed yet, and the BCC got torn off in frustration one night while broke down in Baton Rouge. Bascially It was I/E on the track with a mild gut.

i DO claim higher than that, like i said in my previous post, with a full tank and an atx

Yeah. I'm at a slight hp disadvantage to the 2.3 I also wasn't bad mouthing you, I meant lower than 16s on I/E are talking out their ass. I'm a fairly good driver and I just don't see how anyone could run lower than 16s with I/E. Hopefully I can manage to get my header installed before next weekend when I hit Street Battle and I can put down a better time. Also plan on ditching the passenger seat for the next race.

yeah, the 2.0 is a tad lacking, it wasn't designed to be anything but an econobox - whereas the 2.3 has been around for a while, plenty of mods for it

It's coming along, I think the 2.0 has potential, it's lacking a bit, but it can be made up for.

best run- 16.188 and my best reaction was .584(.500 was perfect on the tree at Luskville drags). My mods are custom cai, custom 2.5 in. exhaust, magnaflow cat, obx header

Sweet! I'm hoping to that once the header is installed I'll be able to run a bit better. My exhaust is s*** right now, I need to ditch the stock muffler and I'm thinking about a 3'' exhaust. Other than that I'm strapped for cash so gutting the car is my alternative.

You don't think 3" exhaust will be too much for your na car? You might want to keep some of that restriction I would think.

K, thanks for the advice, keep it down to a 2.5 and replace the stock muffler? Any suggestions on type? I'm looking for best performing, not best sounding.

No problem is really nice. Midnight madness was awesome, and the weather was perfect, it was like a good 70 degrees out. Only problem i started having was traction in the first few runs.
