This is a last minute arrangement, but I wanted to invite anyone who may be interested to meet up @ Bernheim Forest on Sunday August 9th around 1pm. It is just south of Shepherdsville off I-65, about 20 minutes from Louisville.
It's a big park with beautiful scenery and lots of hiking trails, plus there is a nature education center and several ponds. Very kid-friendly.
We will meet around 1pm just inside the entrance in the parking lot to the right, by the pond.
Directions to Bernheim
From Louisville/Southern Indiana: take I-65 south to State Hwy 245 (exit/mile marker 112), turn left off exit. Bernheim is on the right about 1 mile down.
Please note: There is an entrance fee of $5 per carload

Also, there is no set time, but afterwards we will be going to eat @ Cabo Cantina. This is a Mexican restaurant on State Hwy 480, the next exit north on I-65. Turn right off the exit & it's on the right across from the truck stop.
