07 Mazdaspeed3 headlight issues

I just bought a 2007 Mazdaspeed3 that apparently had a prior accident. This is supposed to have the adjustable headlights, but they didn't adjust. I got in behind the lights and found this has some cheap aftermarket lights that the bulbs don't even fit in right "Duco" or something like that. Was this supposed to have the HID or halogens or.... Prices seem to be all over the board on these

Is there a leveling dial in the switch panel to the left of the steering wheel? Pictures?

if it is a GT model then it should have the level option dial and hids.

do your speaker grilles say "bose" or not ?
