'06 Mazda3 Bose Question

'06 Mazda3 Bose Woofer Location?

At the risk of sounding a little on the slow side, I can't seem to find the Bose amplified subwoofer in my new Mazda3 4-door. Most of the bass seems to be coming from the two front door speakers. I *thought* it was supposed to be located under the front passenger seat, but there's nothing there. Anyone have an idea on its location?

Wife has the car right now, but I'll look when she gets back. I could have sworn it was under the passenger seat, towards the front.

Yep it's the black box under the front passenger seat. It has a downfiring 5.25" sub.

I'll have to check again, but I'm almost positive it's not there. Might have to talk to the dealer about this.

Dude, I think i'm in the same boat as you. I dont have a sub in my bose system as well. I think we got jipped. Gotta do some more research.

I just went out to my car and found the subwoofer, it is underneath the passenger's seat but you can barely hear it. Is there anyway to adjust these things??

as a general theme stock sub's are never too spectacular regardless of what name is tossed on it.
