05 mazda 3 tires help please!!!!

Im having a hard time trying to find tires to fit my eighteens on my 05 mazda 3 that dont rub any advice????

Can you post your wheel specs? 18" x ___ " (width), offset ___ mm

What tire size are you running now? Where is the rubbing?

It is a konig trouble 18x8 offset 40 there are 235/40/18 on now. I haven't. Put them on yet because the tires are really bad but I have been told that the tires are too big about 2 inches and it will rub. Are 215/40/18 fine? I don't wanna waste my money on bad tires and I want my car to look nice.

With an 8" width you'd really be better off (wheel-tire matching wise) with a 225 width, but 215/45-18 would probably be a better size if you want to avoid having to roll fenders. I'd feel pretty comfortable with 215/45-18. 215/40-18 won't give you much protection for road imperfections and such.

None at all man now I wanna drop my car about 1.5 inches... do u know anything about that oh and correction the tire size is 215/40/18

just roll your fenders man. And add some camber. You will be fine and look awesome.
