I think he would still have you. The GT only has 140hp but they weigh around 2500lbs.

Do you have the 2.0 or 2.3?

Celica GT: 2425lb, 140hp

Should be close. You might have him if he has an auto though.
When you say track do you mean drag strip or race track? Is his modded?

MazdaSpeed3 = MS3, not M3S (see the difference?)

I say, if you are at all proficient at driving your 5-speed, it should be pretty easy to outrun the auto celica

neither are modded its stock for stock so far and quater mile is what were running
