' 05 3 S axle BOLT (not nut) torque spec

I have an '05 3 S (manual) that has an axle bolt with a large washer, not an axle nut, holding the hub to the axle. What is the torque spec for that bolt? My Haynes manual says 170 ft-lbs for the nut. But I am not sure for the bolt. I am not sure this bolt could even take 170 ft-lbs. Thanks in advance.

25 ft-lbs. + 1/4 turn

per my local Mazda dealer.

and its suppose to be a torque to yeidl bolt, Whichs means 1 time use.
