04 Transmission issue

I was driving on the highway today riding in cruise control at exactly 65 when my transmission light came on. I know my shift solenoid is going bad due to pulling its code a couple months ago. Is this transmission light the same deal or something new? I noticed no change in the car while shifting, turning, or anything. Also, how much would it cost to replace the shift solenoid?

I think that code can be pulled as well, then you can do a search for that code. How many miles are on your transmission/car?
