I have the H&R on the MSP and S-Techs on the LX. I like the H&R better. The stance is much nicer and the drop is truly about 1.3". The S-Techs is a little off balance. The front drops a ton but the rear dropped barely any. Keep in mind also, the MSP is already lower than the regular protege's. The drop listings are usually in reference to the regular protege.
PS. Looking at other people's MSPs, if I had to pick another set, I would probably get Goldlines. They are pretty low, and I feel a little too soft. But they look good. Otherwise, coilovers FTW
