03.5' MSP Lip part #?

I need to know the part number on the 03.5 mazdaspeed front lip? The one that doesnt use fog lights. I went to the dealer and they couldnt find the lip on the computer and they dont have a book that shows the 03.5 mazdaspeed parts, only the 03's. If someone could help me out, i would appreciate it

I got a quote of $180 from a friend i know at the dealer. He says that the cost alone is $163......its over $250 without his discount.

I apologize in advance for bumping such an old thread, but I need additional information about the MSP front lip. I recently got into a car accident (driver ran a stop sign and I t-boned him) and my front bumper will definitely need replacing. If the insurance will cover it, I will get an MSP front lip. Does the part number above come with the grills and necessary parts for installation?

FYI: I called the Mazda dealership in Puente Hills, CA about the price of the Mazdaspeed lip. The NEW part number is 0000-8Y-C07 and the price he quoted me is $90.
