Had an oil change done last weekend, went for an 1.5 hour drive to another city today average speed was about 80mph. Dipstick was full when I left dipstick was at the low mark when I came back... I usually smell burning oil when I come to complete stops. I'm thinking turbo, engine seals because there is no leak underneath car. I just checked the intake side of turbo, has a little tick sound (very little play)when I push on it. Anyone have these issues or am I the unlucky one.

No go on the gas on oil dipstick, even tried to light it. Smells just like the oil in the container.

I have the same issue, it happens on a weekly basis I would have to add oil. There was oil buildup around the motor cap and around spark plug wire 1. I replaced my valve cover gasket, but I still need to add oil on long drives and weekly basis.

Question about this subject!!! If you have a faulty oil cooler that will cause some of your oil to disappear right? I'm having the same issue but I don't smell any strong burning smell and hardly any oil leaks from the bottom of my engine. I also say it's my oil cooler cause when I took it to get serviced for belts the guy told me I'll probably need another one
