there was a diy kit in the for sale section not too long ago. I believe he was giving them out for free, but it was just the material. you have to open up the headlights and trace the shape of the orange lens, then cut out the new clear lens, stick it in, and seal it back up. Im sure if you could find some clear plastic you could make your own. the thread had some good info about it in there, so you might try scrolling thru the forsale section a bit.
