According to my Vericom my 0-60 times are in the high 5 to low 6 second range with a "HUGE" amount of wheel spin.
It is very hard to get it to hook up. I don't like to abuse my car so I didn't do it over and over just about 6 runs and after the wheel hop episode I said **** it. That wheel hop is ******* sad. I would love to find a way to greatly reduce this; that does not include new mounts.
Don't believe magazines they are way off in 0-60 and 1/4mile times for some vehicles like the MSP and SpecV. The best i've seen for stock SpecV 1/4mile times was 15.6 and we all know the SpecV (Stock) pulls a 15.2-15.3sec 1/4mile time with a good normal driver. I think same for the MSP, C&D tested the MSP in september and they got a 6.9sec 0-60 and 15.4sec 1/4mile time. I have seen Number's also from Motortrend 0-60..6.5sec 1/4mile..14.9sec, and if you average the two "you can just say the MSP pulls low to 15's flat. For an example lawerence took his car to the track and got a 14.92@92.85mph (Stock). I think you just have to know how to drive to pull a good 1/4mile time.
I just got a g-tech and bone stock my 0-60 time was 6.8 sec with some serious wheelspin... have to practice my launch but I think it could do much better.
Don't feel bad I did 3 run's and on my 1st run lots of wheelspin I went all the way up to rev limit with wheelspin ooops. did 7.3sec
on my 2nd run did better but still to much wheelspin did 7.1sec last run did a lot better play with the clutch a littel still some wheelspin but not to much on 1st but on 2nd there was some spinning but I was moving result 6.8 sec....
6.96 just the other night with minor wheelspin before I got the flash. I'm going to do it again after the flash, again after downpipe install, and then again after MBC install.
