WTT/WTS: '91 MR2 Turbo and Kawasaki Ninja 650r *warning long, lots of pics*

I spent some quality time with my MR2 today and found a couple things out. The car does not need tie rod ends and ball joints. The coilovers have an adjustable sway bar mount and the mount was kicked off to the side. This meant that whenever the car hit bumps the sway bar would push forwards...

The power steering is a bit different in the MR2's. Its an electric pump sitting right on the rack. Its only an assist during low speeds and doesn't even run past 35mph or so. I unplugged the pump so it doesn't burn itself out. I never tracked down the leak but then again I never really...

I traded my MSP and got ______ $$

Yeah but trade in is not the whole deal the dealer may up the trade 1,000 and sell the DX for a grand higher than the lowest they would go. If you don't mind let us know how you did on the price of the DX and if you had any dealer fees or other nonsense added in.

    Bypass exhuast with electronic valve

Yeah they are usually labeled as an exhaust cut out or exhaust diverter. In general you can get the complete setup for around $150.00 no more than $200. Don't run it wide open for very long because having exhaust gases exit directly below your feet isnt the greatest thing not to mention that...
