Well, I think I have at least "narrowed it down" to the WRX, MS3, MX-5 Miata, and 2010 GTI..............I wish I had the time to actually go out and drive all of these again on one day.

You should be able to get a good bit lower than $23K on a GT. They are selling Sports for around $20K in my area.

I always put my car up on ramps to work on, but even with that, I always stick jack stands and/or my huge floor jack under the side(s) of the car also just in case..........you can never be too safe while laying under 3,000lbs of steel.......

Redline Oil & Amsoil are two of the best, and few, true full synthetics available. I always run Redline in my cars when I can..........

290 stock........sorry, no way. Something must be awry.......

Well, not really.........A $500-$600 Stage 1 ECU flash alone pretty much gives it equal power (250hp, 297 ft/lbs)...........I just did not really want to modify the ECU for warranty/reliability reasons........
