HID upgrade? When installing the HID kit, Do you need to use the H7 bulb adapter base, or is this eliminated with the DDM kit? Just wondering what keeps the HID bulb in place.

owned since new and my bulbs go in 6 to 9 months, and usually in pairs. I've had both sides go out within hours of one another and always have spares with me. I've gone to cheap ebay bulbs since it didn't matter how much I've spent. Touching bulbs not an issue if you use nitrile gloves.
