The factory alarm only goes off if the door is opened. If you get the factory upgraded alarm, it has shock sensor(adjustable) but may/may not go off depending on how sensitive you set it.

Its a whiirrr sound at a specific speed and goes away if u drive faster or do not hit that specific speed. If the noise is still there after lifting the ebrake (enough for the light to come on) then your should be fine. Could be your tires, have they been rotated and evenly worn front to back...
