UPDATE!!! I think I have found my issue. My boost guage is not reading correctly... I hooked up my OBDII reader app (torque pro) and pulled the real time info on the car and looked at the vacuum/boost read outs and sure enough, every time i got hesitation i was around 7PSI and fuel cut happened...
