Wow, nice work. I'm glad to see somebody who is going the proper route about boosting their car.

The first time you take off the oil filter it's very difficult. It's torqued on well from the factory. Afterwards you need only to hand-torque it. However, be sure to lube the rubber seals with a little bit of oil before you put the new one on.

Some people swear by the beneficial effects, some say there is none. So far I haven't heard of it causing any problems.

I would reckon so, plus I do not think it is general knowledge.

Better this time. Ha. You also don't want to change the spring rate without having matching struts. I think a lot of people stick with stock struts which will not create optimal ride or handling qualities.
