    depended on how bad the blockage is, you can feel the exhaust pulse or lack off to diagnose the problem. on some cars its bad enough you can tell at idle, others you might have to rev a little.

    as you would already know, it would also heavily depend on the size turbo, intercooler and cams (major varibles). but Im surprised you ran out injector soo quickly. what fuel pump are you running in your cars?

    its really just a matter of tuning and driving style. if you dont molest the rev limiter on a daily basis and you keep the torque peak undercontrol when tuning and the boost under 12 you'll be alright. it'll last you a while i mean jesus, look what 505Zoom did with his stock motor. 277whp was it?

    Difference Between 4-2-1 and 4-1 Headers

    I've always assumed (general knowledge) that 4-2-1 header have better cylinder scavenging properties than 4-1. basically Im trying to say the exhaust pulse order (firing order) on a 4-2-1 helps to evacuate left over exhaust gases from the previous cylinder.

    Hondas have much more volumetrically efficient engines than proteges. thats why they love fuel, because they actually need it, 20psi on FS-DE for example is NOT the same as 20psi on say a K20. yes same turbo and random other varibles. your 00 civic was moving alot more air than your 1.6 is...

    oh btw, guys in all seriousness I will say this. I have hit boost while my car was OFF THE GROUND being suspended by a lift while checking for a boost/exhaust leak. yes, I said it, positive manifold pressure was achieved and you better believe it reved out like a bat out of hell. nuff said...

    a blocked cat would make the car feel like its under load all the time, the boost would rise superfast but the car wouldnt accelerate any faster. It would feel like it was dragging a weight under full throttle. but all you have to do is put your hand by the muffler to tell if there's a blocked cat.
