The College i'm going to is only a 2 year college. It's really for kids who are poor and grow up in with a single parent houeholds. The state covers the tuition because of that (Free Education!!!) so thats how that works. But I think I'm Gonna go with Plan 3. Seems like everyone on here regrets...

Because you'll go "backwards" like you said, I'd go for something you can get brand new like a SRT4 but shop around look at other cars. Test drive them too so you get the feel of them.
