    Injen Group buy...kind of

I'm very interested, but I don't have an MSP yet, and I still don't know for sure if I'm getting one. Otherwise, I'm in. :)

    Snow, Hills, and Burning.

Yeah, I'd say 60 degree is a BIT of an overexagerration. A really steep ski/snowboard run is about 45-50 degrees...

    Tuning Potential for MSP?

There is also the question of interior quality, between the MSP and the SRT. The MSP's is very nice, while the SRT's is cheap. But, you get WAY better seats in the SRT...

    MPS for sale in PA

Yeah, that's pretty funny. It's almost worth driving all the way to PA to buy it, if I can get at sticker price...

    Test drive impressions and questions...

AFAIK, Americans earn salaries similar to Canadians, except in U.S. Dollars. If I were an American, I could buy a Spec-V for a little more than $17K and then buy coilovers, I/H/E, and lightweight rims w/R-compounds, and it would come to about $22K. Nice to be American? Definitely.

    Test drive impressions and questions...

0-60 is more like 7.5 seconds, and the back seat is definitely usable. I should know, I sat in it behind my Dad in the passenger seat, and we're both about 6' tall. It's hard to get into the back seat, but once there it's surprisingly comfortable. I would buy a Cooper S, if it were closer to...

    Test drive impressions and questions...

I have yet to drive an MSP, but I have driven the Mini Cooper S. It's an excellent car, handles great, and has decent pickup. The interior quality is very nice, and the shifter works like a dream. Unfortunately, it's $32,000 CDN delivered, no options. It's funny, in the U.S the range of S/C...

Pictures of my Speed with Tint and Graphics

The tint looks good, but I'm definitely not a fan of graphics. They're not overdone, so they're ok, but I would never put them on my own car. Tint does usually look darker in pics, though. I'm guessing it's 35% all around.

    Tuned msp's 1/4 times....

Do the Eibach's have stiffer spring rates than the stock MSP springs? What are their rates? It's funny that given the highly tuned stock suspension that one would choose to modify it first, rather than beef up the power situation.

My Orange MSP Is Here! (But I'm Not Buying It...)

Newf, which colour will be everywhere, the orange or the grey? You weren't too clear... Congrats on finally making a decision! :)

2003.5 pics from BC Port ?????

Thanks for taking the pics! :) It's great to see all those 2003.5 MSP's, both colours, and IN Canada. Now I know I definitely won't be settling for the orange if I don't like the way it looks.

Will the 2003.5's be at the Toronto Auto Show?

When is the Toronto show? Is it of similar calibre as the Detroit show?

    Look at this DOOFUS

The Tib does have tunability, if that's a word. Reportedly the stock exhaust is VERY restrictive, and some owners have reported 10whp gains on a cat-back exhaust. I've read that Tibs with just basic bolt-ons have run high 14's in the 1/4, that's coming from mid 15's or higher stock.

    Look at this DOOFUS

The Tib weighs just over 3000 lbs. That puts it roughly 300 over the MP3, quite a weight disadvantage. You'd probably lose, but it wouldn't be a romp.

    Look at this DOOFUS

Newf, that's interesting. I test drove a new Tib and I thought the interior was of pretty high quality. Everything was nice and tight, in fact I was impressed with the build quality of the car in general. And the exterior styling is very nice. But, it was way slow. It's heavy, and you can...

    Look at this DOOFUS

Wow, that person really knows his/her cars... An MSP handles better than a Mustang?? Now there'a controversial statement. Btw, what does happen when you turn the car on?

Approaching 2,000 miles, and the peer pressure

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks. :)
