Selling my completely stock 2003.5 MazdaSpeed Protege. The only aftermarket part (as far as the engine goes) is an air filter. The car was purchased with a blown engine in April/May, and I did a motor swap with a MazdaSpeed engine from a wrecked MSP. This car has 87,000 miles, and the engine had 67,000 miles when I swapped it in. Anyhow, the car runs great. The check engine light does come on occasionally due to a PO171 code (running lean). I have tested all vacuum lines, changed out both upstream and downstream O2 sensors, and did a fuel system cleansing...the code still trips around 100 miles after resetting the computer. I am ONLY selling this car because I am on the hunt for an orange MSP. Asking $6900 or best reasonable...

Hiya. I'm selling my beloved MSP. My kids -- or at least their carseats -- have gotten too big to fit into the back. The MSP is stock. The only real upgrade is the sat-radio is installed. I'll include a set of snows, tires & rims. I took it to my mechanic and the only issue he mentioned is the rear linkages are creaking again. It is about a $200 repair. Besides that, the car rides beautifully. I'd rate it between a "good" and "excellent" on kbb. They price it out at about $7k. anybody interested in a msp radiator with a cap? the rad developed a pinhole leak from the slim fans, but was repaired. i'm thinking just around 30 bucks for it?
