Dream Car Thread

I thought it'd be fun to ask everyone what their dream car is. Mine's an easy one for me to decide on, since I've been a Porschephile since the day I got into cars (March 24th, 2000 - the day I got my 1974 Triumph Spitfire). I doubt I will ever own one (remember - I'm a teacher in the making), but that's okay.

Without further ado:
Porsche 911 GT2

I just love any car where the manufacturer says "let's make it faster and lighter, which means we need to get rid of the 4 wheel drive, and in order to make up for that, we'll just give it ******* huge rear tires"

I also find the GT3 quite spiffy, but it has no turbo. And for s**** and giggles, add a Ferrari 360 Spider and a 3rd gen RX-7 to my list. Those are the two sexiest cars EVAR!

yea im with him. i love the skyline. it was love at frist sight when i saw it. i like the r33 and 34 but the newer ones look better to me.

Ohhh, good call. I'd hate to forget that from my list. Especially the Sport 190 version. Tiny really fast 2 seaters are really the way to go (thumb)
Stay away from the SUV's tho!

My first car was a Porsche 914. I've always wanted a 914-6(914 with a 911 engine, brakes, etc.).

Another car I've loved since the beginning is the first gen of the M3. Something about those fender flares(bow)

Im with Natey on this one also. I always wanted my white 92 Toyota Supra Targa top Turbo back. I loved that car. Its been my dream to get another one.

Hmmm ... the one i want the mostestest is an R34. Of course i can say Supra and Modena and stuff like that ... but i'd be more than happy with just an STi or EVO. EVOs arent availlable here yet =( but i've read that the EVO IX will be, so there's hope. If i had the money, i'd make my MSP reach the STi/EVO level ... bodywise, i think they some of the most beautiful cars (all 3 of them) and add all the goodies. 300hp AWD MSP .... but i dont have 50,000$ to waste on my car to do that. so all i can do is dream ... and win the lottery =)

1987 Crown Victoria LX. White with white top and red interior.
Front control arms from a 92-96 Interceptor
Brakes from Mustang Cobra, F&R
Reinforced frame (similar to KB Panther)
KB steering box
Addco sway bars
Custom rear control arms, relocated lower axle mounts.
3.55:1 rear gears with Torsen rear diff
4 bolt main 302 with forged crank and rods, TFS high ports, custom intake, t-88 turbocharger, custom IC...
Automatic OD tranny from Ford Lightning, built by Baumann.

I will do most of it on a smaller budget, using a 2 bolt 302 and some iron heads, might be 2 t-3's instead of one big turbo. Most of the parts can be found on other ford cars in the junkyard, so they'll be cheap. I had 80% of the engine/drivetrain parts together but had to sell them a couple years ago.

Factory car.... 1970 Boss 302 or 429, 69 SS RS Camaro ZZ302, 1970 Hemi Cuda Convertable, New Z06, M5, M3

It may be a bit dated in style but the look to me is unbeatable. It's not supercar powerful but something about the jagged line to it makes me love it.

If I had to choose a second, Porsche 959, pereformance WAY ahead of it's time.
