I know they must be out to get us. ... I found out who keyed it too. I wanted to kill him but then I thought about it and realized its not worth it. Still the key mark(aka box cutter) alone is $1100. I dont even wanna know how much the rear end scrape is. I ordered a new center cap.....FREAKIN $65.00

Well actually thats how it all happened ...the key mark I mean
I was stationed in WA state, and came home. My good friend Tiff's place was on the way. After 2 days of driving I stopped their and ended up crashing. That night 2 new guy friends of hers came over and were all cool and no big deal. The next morning I went to start my car and I seen the mark. I went back in and said my car got keyed. ANd her and her friends were like, I bet it was Eric... I said "Eric who" they said he doesnt like you. Im like, WHY? Ive never met him. He was jealous because I was friends with Tiffany. That is so stupid. So I made them call him and I told him I was gonna kill him if I ever saw him and naturally he talked s***. Well 2 weeks later he stopped by tiff's and I happened to be there... His eyes got huge. I said I wanna talk to you now. I said, if you can look me in the eyes and swear you didnt do it then I wont do anything. And he did. He said no way it wasnt me. Then 3 months later it slipped out thru his g/f. So I boiled over. I knew if I didnt leave i would literally KILL him. I have a short fuse. Then he started talkin s*** about how he's killed a guy and this and that. So Ive been documenting everything for the good old police department lol. Damn this is long lol. Sorry .....

The keymark is 1100 bucks because they have to sand down and repaint the whole section, not just the key mark it self.
You can probably get a new door cheaper!
Anyways, id say plot some revenge on this fuckers car, but DO NOT do it yourself, have a friend do it, or pay a homeless guy on the street with a cheeseburger to do it.
That way youre innocent in the whole thing.

Actually I was gonna drive up to your place. Figured it be easier but Im sure we will figure it out.

Why not file a police report or whatever is the proper process and then have him arrested for destruction of property or whatever they decide to call the charge. Then take him to small claims and win a judgment agianst him then file it on his credit report. I know that he would most likely never pay the judgment, but it will be there on his credit until he does and it should give you some satisfaction. In addition, if he was prosecuted for any offense, that would go on his record forever as well.
