Who's Black Protege 5 is this?

Hey people, I've tried searching and I can't find another picture of this p5. I think I saw it on a highway on my ride from New York back to Atlanta but I need the owner to confirm it. It had a American flag to the right of the license plate on the back.
It was a black p5 w/ black tinted windows for those who can't see the pic.

I hope I get a response.
