I have a new (to me) 2020 Mazda CX5 and it's got a headlight system I'm slightly unfamiliar with.. in my old Mazda 3 I could simply replace the bulb and put LEDS in.. I see where I can replace the bulb but I'm not sure how the shutter system works, voltages, the weird box behind it, etc. I certainly don't want to damage anything yet since it's all working, but having been in a 2023 CX5 for a few days I really miss that car's Xenon lights, so I wanted to see if I can duplicate it. Anyone else with the same setup?

You already have projector LEDs, standard since 2017. They are bright headlights. They can be aimed.

Does 2023 have xenon headlights? As an option or standard?
AFAIK it did? I pity the person that flashes their brights to get MY reaction because it was like turning on the sun!.... I crave that power!

^^ as above. @wwazman you can try re-aiming the headlights if needed. Otherwise just keep the lenses clean.. possibly give them a polish if you can see any hazing or yellowing of the lenses
