Sport package front bumper and headlamps
Led black smoke tail lights
mitsubishi evo X hood scoop
Gold painted engine head cover , timing cover , alternator ,engine mount
Oem side skirts and rear spoiler
Black back windows and rear glass
16" gold painted rims with 205/45r16 yokohama Sdrive tires
Gold painted front and rear ornaments , foglamp covers
Rear parking sensors

Interior:
Custom gold painted steering wheel, dash, door handles , shift knob
Multimedia screen with GPS, bluetooth hands free , rear view cam
clarion 500w oval speakers
clarion amplifier
clarion 4 round doors speakers
clarion 12" subwoofer
Recaro front seats +custom black fabric ( alcantara and leather)
Innovate AFR gauge , boost gauge , oil pressure oil temp gauge, and water temp gauge

Looks sweet. I like the gold accenting a lot. I know nothing about performance mods, but putting in a custom engine and having WRX parts that must be a beast. Any vids of sound or it riding?

EDM spec Mazda3 used a 1.6l variant of our engine. Parts are pretty much interchangeable in the block. Drops compression I believe, which is why a couple people have used the rods/pistons for turbo builds.

the pistons and rods of the 1.6 are a direct fit to the 1.5, but the whole piston is 3mm shorter due to a shorter yet thicker rod , with a slightly concave face it gives a perfect setting for a low compression engine using OEM parts . i am preparing a collection of pics to upload , will do that soon .

Cool build! I'm not sure if you did it on purpose, but I think the gold accents tie in well with the heritage of your turbo. How is the TD04 in terms of responsiveness? The TD04's are easy to find cheap in the US.

actually i did do it on purpose since i got the exact formula of the impreza gold . as for responsiveness the td04 is the ideal turbo for such car u feel the turbo pull from 2500rpm and remains all the way through till the end.

Why did you mill away part of the cylinder head? To lower the compression?

yes , exactly the lower the compression the higher boost levels you can reach

Not usually a fan of gold wheels, but they really look fantastic! it's the perfect wheel choice also. Subtle, but aggressive. Almost like a baby WRX wagon.
