what color to paint brakes

What color should i paint my brakes?
I have a 2008 mazdaspeed 3 in black

Red would be another color that woud look good, but a lot of folks have that color combo. I vote black, too.

the car is completely stock for now so theres nothing else going on yet, so far am thinking black

Here is a pic of black calipers on my black mica. They look a little dusty in the pic, I used G2 caliper paint which worked really well and is normally more glossy. Black is a pretty "safe" color I almost did yellow, but felt it might draw too much attention to the brakes. Plus I liked that they matched the black lug nuts. Hope it helps with your decision.

Love the Mazdaspeed wheels. I vote for don't paint them at all. Unless you have a caliper that looks like this:

Sorry, I just think that most OE calipers are ugly and shouldn't be highlighted.
