I change my oil and always get up under the car to take a look at things because I always like to know what's going on. I'm no expert by any means but I do know what to look for. Ever since I've had this car, I've changed the oil and have always noticed that the shield under the car is covered with an oily liquid. It's not from me changing oil because the Oil pan shows no signs of leaking and neither does the filter holder.
Well, I think I finally found what was causing this but I need helped identifying what exactly it is. I know it is something on the Drivetrain (possibly transmission). Here are so pics to see if you can help me identify what it is and if I should take it to the dealership right away. It's heading there this afternoon because my radio took a dump on me.
Let me know!!! Any help would be great!
Oh, and the oil is yellowish. No weird smell. Smells like oil.
Sorry about the photos. My iPhone isn't the best camera.
