Questions about Angel Eyes

Alright, I'm looking at getting some Angel Eyes for my 3 and I've got a couple questions.

I'm assuming they disable the stock lights, right?

How well do they do at night?
Does anybody have any comparison pictures of how they look on the road?
Low-Beams/High-Beams comparison.

If anyone could fill me in, that'd be great.
I'm leaning toward getting the Raptors from Xenon Expert.

Anyone have any reviews for these?

Would I be able to stick in a switch to control them in that little control panel to the left of the steering wheel as well?
Instead of having them on when my parking light is on, you know?

depending on how you want to wire them. You can run some wires and buy a switch for the little switch plate on the left of the steering wheel there. In general, people either wire them to their parking lights (which I did, and love) or did some extra wiring so that they are always switched on.

They look freakin great! I have not regretted putting them in one bit. Everyone gets a little nervous putting them in because you have to bake the headlights and stuff, but the end result is always awesome.

During the day, mine aren't that bright because of daylight and glare and stuff, but at night they are really really bright.

And, no, they don't disable any stock light or anything like that.

also, here are some pics of mine

nighttime pictures are a lot harder to take because the exposure needs to be really low or else the angel eyes are all blurred out because of being so bright, and then they don't look as awesome as they do in person.

You wouldn't happen to know where I could get a switch for them, would you?

any electrical switch would work. just4 make sure it can handle whatever load you will be putting to it.. (amps/volts etc...) don't put a 5amp 120 volt rated switch when you need a 3 amp 12 volt dc. any auto parts store should have the 12v switches you should need and the angel eyes themselves should have ratings on them for amp draw.

yeah any switch will do...you can find a variety of them at pep boys, also I was radio shack the other day and they had some cool toggle switches there too... check around, they have them, and definitely listen to what tsunami said about paying attention to the amps/volts if you are using the switch. I hooked mine into the parking lights so I didn't have to worry about that.

Cheers
