Mine does, it's gonna happen regardless, but mine looks 10x better than before mud flaps. I blame the +48 offset on my wheels for that look since the stockers weren't as bad.

It actually got dirty BEFORE I put the flaps on It hasn't really gotten much worse since then, and it's pouring rain out today so all that mud (thank god the salt is pretty much gone) is just rinsing off. Woot.
