Nice catch there on the Sport/ sunroof combo. I have Plat Silver also, and have been thinking about tinting the windows. Your pics just made up my mind for sure! It looks great tinted!

Enjoy the car, I have 40k on my 2006, and it still makes me smile, and in parking lots and gast stations, strangers still come up to me, and compliment me on it and ask what it is!

Go through the list of TSB's that are published on the Mazda5 2006, verify that you don't have any of the problems listed, also verify that you have a couple of blue stickers under the hood/firewall, or in the door jamb for the recall campaign items.

Make sure to inspect the inside tread edges of the front and rear tires.

Learn how to hang your fuel cap on the fuel filler door (this can be tricky).

No need to run high octane gas, I have noticed neither a fuel economy change nor driveabilty difference with premium fuels.

You might hear a rubbery crunch noise once in a while from the suspension going over a big dip or a bump, but Mazda hasn't figured out how to suppress it consistently via the TSB service.

Did I leave anything out guys and gals?

Anyway, I love the car still after 40k miles, and it is without equal when it comes to doing everything I want it to do. From a sporty drive up a twisty road, a haul from the home improvement store or the Warehouse Club, to carrying six people when necessary.

Any pics of your 80 GLC?

That was my first car about 20 yrs ago, I have a pic somewhere.

Now why would you want to see that one?(boom07)

I don't have the actual pic handy, but here is an identical picture from a Mazda Brochure.

I want to bring in the car for fixing any problems or service bulletin on it. Will the dealer fix the noise from driver window? second row seats shaking? just any major things so they can do it all at once instead of bringing it back and forth, thanks for your input!
