Getting ready to buy my MS3!

Ello folks!
I've been lurking around these forums doing research on the speed3. I'm hooked...This seems to be a helpful lot...so I'm reaching out for some help!

I took it for a test drive and knew this was the car for me. I currently own a grey 3 hatch which I love. I mean lots of car for the price. Now upgrading to the speed...

Ok I have a few questions for you people:

1.) Color? I am def liking the Metro Grey but True RED is so HOT!

2.) Will I need an after market motor mount if I plan on adding a CAI? Which one is best?

3.) How hard are these installs (motor mount and CAI) for some one with minimal mechanical experience (not mechanically retarded but no real auto motive experience)?

4.) Any major reasons I shouldn't buy a speed3?

1) I like Metro Grey, so thats what I bought. I was thinking red until I actually saw it, and I wasn't as impressed with it as I thought I would be.
2) No but you will want one, regardless of if you buy a CAI
3) Motor mount would take a monkey less then 20 minutes. CAI isn't hard but it can take a while... some of the stock tubing is hard to remove.
4) None for me, I'm sure there are though.

1) I love my True Red, the '08.5 in white is hot too.
2) I'm running the stock mount in my '08.
3) My Cobb SRI took about 15 minutes.
4) Money. If I had more cash, I'd probably be driving an '08 STi. Can't complain though, I absolutely love my MS3 and saved a ton of $

Thanks! Yeah that was just before the snow hit and I threw the snowtire setup on. Here she is after the first snowstorm!

aww but that grey is so stealth and low key...

are there any NE mazdaspeed3 meets ever?

I'm sure there are, on ************ I have seen some for CT at least.. but haven't attended since I have been so busy. Just had a baby girl and she takes priority.
