Man someone brought the rice...

Front lip spoilers = rice
Rear wings = rice
Carbon fiber = out in '99 = rice
Painted carbon fiber = out in '03 = rice
Ground effects = rice
Neons = rice

I can think of soooo many other things to spend $300+ on that actually add functionality to the car, if I wanted to slow my car down with a ton of drag, I would go buy a parachute. This stuff is all show and slow go.

Now if they told me that front spoiler added 50hp ide but it in a heart beat, ide even pay an extra $20 for the 13hp vtec sticker.

Great post! Anything that doesn't add horsepower or performance in some other aspect is useless.

The point of CF parts is not only to make the car look nicer but to reduce weight. And let me guess the MSP in this pic is rice because it has a front lip and a spoiler. I guess the guys from tri-point put on the spoiler and the lip for s**** and giggles.

I personally like the look of unpainted (but gel/clear coated) carbon fiber, mainly in small subtle areas of course. I'm not as crazy about carbon hoods anymore. Unless its more of a track car like a Lotus or Miata.
