I will answer my own question. Yes it does fit on both cars. Just bought some from VIP Mazda in Abbotsford for $21.00 each. Perfect fit. Better than that e-bay crap.........(dance)

yup.. fits. the Honda S2000 antenna fits too but doesn't look as good. The base of the S2000 antenna is a bit too wide.

No not at all, I think it might even be a bit better

Nope - looks to similar to the stock one. I would go 'sharkfin' IF i was changing it.
