Trailblazer SS AWD ....Still a Mazda Junkie Though.
OK ALL,I got some pics of the piping in very rough stage. The piping fitment is complete.I still need to get my silicone shipped in and the finishing done.It will take at least a week for me to get my silicone connectors in from my supplier and we have to get some more aluminum ordered in as well.I have pics of the actual piping but not on the vehicle as I don't have the correct connectors in my hand as of yet. There is still a little trimming of length to do for fitment of the connectors but all in all the piping you will see in the pics is the final unfinished design.I also had a small piece of the piping rough polished to see what kind of results I could get out of it and I think it looks really good!It will go nicely with the Injen Intake!
The piping is only tack welded together, because we want to wait for the silicone in case we need to break any pieces apart for final fitment. We just finished putting this together this afternoon.

We still have not determined exact pricing but should know by the end of the week.

I would like to know who is really interested so I may start a list and get the proper amount of hardware shipped in.

For those who are not familiar with this piping please read the first post.

It looks like the polished W/ the black connectors is the route as of now that I am going to go with this project.

Check the link for the first pic of the piping in the box!

This is the last Pic

This pic is of the upper and lower(longer Pipe) with the lower seperated to show where the flex section will go.The upper will probably have a flex section too,but we have not decided where we are going to put it for the best performance and also for the best look.
I hope these pics help out !

As for how long till they are ready?
We will probably need two more weekends to get everything completed and final. If it will be done sooner ,I will let you guy's know.
Matt:)

I want it so bad, you can count me in for sure, just let me know when, and how much. You really seem to have taken everything into account here and I'm especially impressed with how much work is going into these hard pipes to make sure there are no problems, and they flex at the correct points. I'm really excited!

Matt, Oh Matt, when will I have my hard (snicker) Pipes :D

Let me know bro, I can jsut pick them up at the Cincy slam fest show. if its gonna be another week. :D

Well guy's?

I like the responses i am seeing!
I am working on this very hard to make sure that everything fits and works as it is supposed to!
As for the price,It will be higher that I originally thought.
After checking the movement of the motor(which is a lot),we had to implement a 2 piece lower pipe section(for flex) and will prob have to implement a flex section in the upper pipe as well. This does increase the cost a little bit.We are not only adding 2 extra silicone pieces to the project but also the clamps to mount them as well. This will make the pipe higher in cost but will also ensure that we don't break the factory plastic IC end tanks.I think that the cost of the pipe will be well worth it for the performance gains that will be possibble and for the extreme BLING FACTOR that it will add!The polishing is also a little higher that what the powdercoating would have been but when combined with the polished Injen intake,It will make a "BOLD" statement that you mean business when you pop the hood at any event!Whether that event be your local race track or car show, people will oogle at all the shine glowing from under your hood!
I hope to have the final pricing within the next 48 hrs. so that those of you who really want this may get it as soon as possibble.
I hope that this info will keep you guy's happy as I still work hard to get this piping done within the time that I have stated!

How much will it be to get it unfinished(not polished)?

At this time ,I will not be offering any options. It will come only one way and this will be how all of them are done.In the future,if there is enough demand for these,I may offer different options on finishes and other items.I will keep you posted!
